Business process
Here is a step to step guide on the business process.
The Shop
When you visit the shop page. You are going to find a list of architecture plans. You click on either of them and you will be redirected to a page where you can find out more details including the pricing, some images e.t.c.
You'll discover a complimentary Presentation / Schematic Drawing Drawing available on the page for download. This document includes images and designs that might offer value, although they are not suitable for constructing an operational architectural house.
When you hit the buy now button on the page you are prompted to enter your details including your name , email address and whatsapp phone number.
After submitting your details you make the necessary payments either via paypal or M-PESA. After making the necessary payments you wll be sent on your email address a couple of documents as listed below

Changes
At Ukuzi we always have our customers interest at heart. We always want our clients to be 100% satisfied with the architectural deigns they have purchased from us
If by any chance you are dissatisfied with the plan or there is need for changes on the architectural design we organize a FREE of charge meeting on which the plan can be tweaked as you wish
On the meeting we change for absolutely no charge any minor changes e.g Changing a window size , adjusting the length of a balcony e.t.c
You are allowed up to three major changes. By Major changes we mean changes as exampled below
- Moving an entire room
- Structural Feature of the house
- Stairs
- Corridors
For any major changes you will be charged an extra 50 USD per change.
If you have a surveyors map (PDF/DWG) of the plot of land then we will be able to modify the design to fit it for you for free.
Deliverables Details
PDF of Architectural Drawing
contains a comprehensive set of architectural drawings that serve as the foundation of our building design. It includes essential elements such as detailed floor plans, elevation views, cross-sections, site plans, and location maps (if applicable). Additionally, it features specifications for the septic tank layout, ensuring that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally sound and environmentally responsible.
PDF of the Interior Design Layout
These layouts encompass essential aspects of interior architecture, including lighting plans that provide an optimal balance between functionality and ambiance. Furthermore, you&apos ll find detailed joinery designs, showcasing our commitment to crafting custom, elegant, and functional interior spaces.
PDF and DWG of structural drawing
Our structural drawing PDF and DWG files offer a detailed insight into the foundational strength of our architectural designs. Within these documents, you&apos ll discover intricate drawings of structural members, foundation details, and load-bearing elements. These drawings are essential for ensuring the stability and longevity of our architectural creations.
PDF of mechanical drawing
It includes plumbing details, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) layouts, and any other mechanical features integrated into the building. These plans are vital for maintaining comfort, safety, and functionality within our architectural designs.
PDF of electrical and lighting layout
The Electrical and Lighting Layout PDF showcases the meticulous planning of our electrical systems and lighting designs. PDF of Bill of quantities
The Bill of Quantities PDF is a comprehensive document detailing the materials, quantities, and associated costs involved in our architectural projects.
